Reputation Power
Rep power is the amount of points that you can take or give to some one's reputation. Your rep power increases by 1 point for every:
-5000 posts
-1000 reputation points
-730 days registered to the forum

You gotta be kidding? It's impossible to get 1000 reputation points. The reason being that most member now only have 1-16 reputation power. How can we get 1000 reputation? It would take a while. 5000 posts? Do you understand how long that takes?

Reputation Blocks
You need 100 reputation points for 1 reputation block - You also need at least 100 posts and 30 positive reputation points before your reputation is activated.

That basically means most of the new members will never get there reputation activated. - sarcasm. :rolleyes:

Other -Once you have repped someone you must rep another 30 people before you can rep the same person again.
-You may only rep 5 people a day

Yes, the management may have discussed it, but why not ask the community, if you are here for us, you would listen to what we think.

Looks at the threads in the feedback forum, do they look happy to you?

When the community isn't happy, you should do something about it, and making huge changes like this, isn't going to keep the community here.

You know what happened last time you made a huge change.. and thats the reason my other account got banned, for speaking my opinion.

Go ahead and ban me again, but you need to start actually listening to what we think because if you really are here for the community you will, and its what we think that matters the most.

The community is what powers this forum, if you loose us, there won't be an HxF, so please the community, and you will be pleased.

I had 6 rep power, which I DID WORK HARD FOR and removing it, and removing the reputation I purchased (which added up to my rep power) also displeases me.. its pathetic to remove it from the ones that earned it.

When Catzsy got fired, you didn't tell anyone the motives behind it, it caused an uproar, I got banned.. no one did anything about it.. because I spoke my opinion.

Seriously, management, listen to us.. we are tired of it.. quit ignoring what we are saying.. or letting it go in one ear and out the other, and take what we are saying like you should, because...
