True. Most of the staff are too stuck up, and now the reputation system
is ruined.

The whole point of the reputation system is to earn reputation around the forum. If people can just buy rep and have +50 rep power or whatever, then they haven't gained a reputation on the forum have they?

People that have a high rep power by posting, staying on the forum for years, will have a reputation therefore making the rep system work.

It's ONLY a reputation system, it's hardly anything useful. Who cares what sort of reputation is given to people? One point is enough.
