Hm.. but the legality of his contract was all up in the air, think they preferred for him to be put under a proper one at Liverpool than a dodgy one like his west ham one.

And do loans count as signings? Think you're able to sign a player then allow him to be loaned out but not officially transfer to two clubs over the course of 1 full season.

Ok please get your fact's right.
Heinze did not turn liverpool down as he wanted to go. - check skysports -
Man u turned down liverpool that is why Heinze and liverpool and man u all went to court as Heinze had a contract from Man u saying he can leaving to anyteam for 8m and liverpool offered that. But man u won the court case so he was banned from going to liverpool in the summer.
And i think Baptista is if he comes going to be a stand in if we dont get mashcerano

Tottenham are closing in on Alan Hutton for £8m.

Yet another full-back for Tottenham. How many is that now? 7?

luton skipper chris coyne rejects offer from colchester united

anyone that stays loyal to us now in this period of our history will in my opinion go down as a hatters legend

now we need the rest of these to stay loyal
    dave edwards
    dean brill
    matty spring
    david bell
    darren currie

highly unlikely that they will all stay loyal so i only see one way
