Heck if you buff up on you knowledge and get some A's there no reason why you couldn't get a Honda Civic. But you have to bare in mind the cost of learning to drive as well, tests, licence, lessons - then if you go out with a parent, potentially petrol.
After you pass, petrol, insurance, tax.

    A lot to think about.

When you say a Honda Civic, I hope you mean the elder Type R. (Although that'd cost you a bomb..)
You french fried when you should have pizza'd. If you french fry when you should pizza, you're gonna have a bad time....

Depends on the driving school / instructor
    £15 - £25 an hour

    2 hours a week = £30-50

    40 hours needed (on average)

    £600-1000

£48 fee to get a provisional license

£50 per test (+ lesson fee) so £80-£100 per test

After that like has been said...

Money to buy car, insurance (can be very expensive, £1500ish), petrol etc.

Yup well, 40 hours of lessons, can be slightly less or a lot more, depending on how you are / if you fail tests
