Actually, MySpace launched photo tagging 2 months after Netlog did. You find it's mostly the smaller sites who come up with the ideas, then the larger ones steal them.

Netlog and Virb are always first with new features. Virb are working on a feature where you can save layouts you built, kinda like the way Bebo do but more advanced. With css and the likes.

that is true, as far as i was aware, facebook had it first out of all the major sites.

Bebo can let you use 'their version' of stylesheets, but it's not exactly a css document, it's annoying and stupid.
