The only idea at the moment that could work is:

Some how make a habbo homes script in less than 5 days,
Add groups capability in 7days (with badges),
Add discussion forums in 9 days
and every other feature that habbo has ever brought out for the habbo homes in 10 days

ps and it may need to be faster if you want to beat invent.

Already tried it on my site called MyBobba, it worked for a start until habbo caught on that people could upload images of themselves then people started getting perm banned for advertising the site. Without the ability to upload images of yourself social networking is pointless.
