if your getting headaches take some paracetamols, always sorts mine pretty fast. I can only usually stay up till like 12 on weekdays though becuase I have to be up by 7, and im still tired them. On weekends I can stay up all night if I wanted to and had something to do to stop me from dropping off, then id catch up with sleep during the day becuase im that tired.

You don't want to get into a bad sleeping pattern. I sleep about 3-6 hours generally, because I go to bed at about 4 and wake up 7 on college days, later each on days off. It's not good for you and it means you actually cannot sleep earlier.
Lol, thats actually true. Whenever I try going to sleep early I just can't... I'm not tired until like 4am.![]()
Drink caffien in coke, tea, coffee etc. It's also good to drink Redbull/boost etc if you want quiet a bit of caffien.
It should help you not get tired.
I don't advise drinking caffinated drinks to stay up as they give you a bit of energy and then make you tired. I generally go to bed at around 4.30-5.30 on a friday night, few hours sleep to get up at 6 for my paper round. Then go to bed at 4ish on saturday night ready for sunday. It's my birthday this sunday so I am going to stay up from saturday morning to sunday evening. Done it before but completely wasted me for school on monday.
I advise drinking water and having an mp3/ipod on. Having people talking on the radio or music is also quite good as you are less likely to fall asleep.
Always sit up and never lie down.
Keep yourself occupied. If your a guy then do what guys do best if you know what i mean. It always keeps me awake. I usually draw some stuff or write some stuff while listening to music. It usually keeps me awake
Just keep yourself occupied and have paracetamol every 4 hours for your headaches.

Drinking Red Bull will help you stay up, but it will make the headaches worse.
You need to go to bed at a set time each night, moving the time back each night over a week or so.
Start by going to bed at 11pm, then 11:30, then 12. It's harder if you still go to school, as i presume you will have to get up at the same time every day.
