    Ok well to be honest i can be quite a lazy person.
    I study french and maths 1 hour a day at home and play football for about 1 hour also.
    Im not fat but im certainly no skinny. Also i want to be a chef.
    I was watching food week on Ch 4 last week and since then i have decided to totally change my life for the better.

    I cook everything from scratch. I dont eat junk food at all. And already i feel great about it. I exercise more, sit about less. Soon i will get a job in a restaraunt and with the money i earn join a gym. My brother is training to be a personnal trainer so i'm hoping that when he qualifies he will seriosuly help me get fit.

    I just thought i'd share this with everyone becuase i wanted you all to know how good it feels and if you dont already, you shoudl try it yourself.

    Well i'm 2 days in and it's going well.
    Just because i know i can't have junk food i have a craving for it! Lol

    I am trying to do the same thing, the problem is that I do eat alot of junk food, but I am going to excersise more so good for you!

    Aha, same. I'm not fat but I'm not skinny neither. Although I eat junk food, I'm not going to bother stopping because I don't care if I eat too much; I've never been "fat" in my life. I suppose I do a lot of walking, and will be joining the gym in a few weeks.

    Just becuase you dont look overweight you still may have a high percenatge of ody fat also it can affect your health quite badly...

    So just because you don't look unhealthy you still may be..

    I prefer cooked food, bake beans on toast, then my useal packet of crips.
