Clean design (for a cms)

I made this design for a new News Managing System (but very advanced, sort of like cutenews I guesse etc).

It's clean and using the orange being used in my v2 design.
It's more or less same style as my previous one.

Well here it is:

Btw, you give your opinion please, is this what people call web2.0 or not ?

Oh, and on rollover over the 2nd-Design logo, the "CMS" changes into a house, to return to the panel's index.

Loving your work Oli, Do I smell a CMS release?
I see your pattern is pretty repetitive on your buttons.
With the orange & the shine. But it's a good thing!
