Default Need a certain php code..

Yes, I have looked on Google, before you ask =)
    -
    Well, You remember Uploadz.co.uk?
And you remember it had a proxy on it?
    -
I need the script that the proxy had that you needed to refresh 3+ times before the actual proxy would show - Get me?
    -
So, you would visit the domain - Domain.com/proxy
And some dodgy maths help would show..
But when you refresh the page 3+ times another page would show.
    -
Read it and you should understand me..
I am offering rep to whoever finds me this script!

    Thanks,
    - TomSpit

The above are not what I'm looking for.
    That is a panic button.
I need what I explained in my first post.

You may want to re-read the code...
That is the script you want with a panic button in there which you do not need to use .
