EDIT: oh yeah, Guinness is truely evil evil stuff.

They both kill you and destroy your insides and social life. However, the fact I've been brought up in an area which makes £22,000,000,000 worth of Whiskey a year. Means I've seen what drinking does to people, since my town's wealth is all from the drinks industry. Sure a social drink is fine, a glass of wine with a meal good. I still wouldn't drink it, other people can I won't.

I've seen what alcohol does to people who have a strong job, a family and a nice house. If they get hooked on alcohol it ruins their lives and their families.

Rarely, when my dad buys me some because I'm not old enough to get it myself.

As I said, I drink... but responsibly. I've been very wasted a few times, once I even drank myself sober, and I've never thrown up or whatever. I enjoy drinking occasionally because everything feels 'better' and you feel relaxed. Plus there aren't any long term effects/problems, unless you go and do something stupid when you're drunk.
