Barrows Help....

Hey, could the following accounts be able to make a few sucessfull barrows trips?


Non ranked cmb skills:

Strength - 65
Mage - 48

Note: this account is getting 55 slayer and 50 mage



Note: getting a min of 70 range on this account =]

could you suggest what invent and items to take? and some levels/quests they should do to be able to do barrows sucessfully.

definately the second one tbh.

as for an invent, id take:

full rune with zerker/neit helm if possible
rune boots
slayer staff + 200 casts of slayer dart (if you can use it)
with any shield

with dhide body, mage shortbow, dds, 2 ppots, spade, runes for slayer dart, 1 click teleport and sharks in inventory.

tip.it and runehq both have good barrows guides, id suggest reading those before attempting it

its more cost effective to use slayer dart because you will more than likely get them back with interest from the chest.

last time i went, i did something like 15 or so runs, and finished up having 2-3 times the number of runes i started with

If youre going to use a wave spell, you're probably best using fire wave. If you can't already, use slayer dart. Only using wind wave will never be cost effective as it does the same damage as slayer dart, which needs cheaper runes.

The runes from slayer dart get about 150% recycled, meaning you make 50% more runes on average per trip for slayer dart.

This is the best method.
