Nah i think removing there VIP is better, Thats like humilation but then again people who are on like 1 day of VIP left might attempt.
Our VIP we had was unique we also gave away a badge but Habbox doesnt have awards so that doesnt matter, I think we also gave some rep not sure tho

Like I suggested above they can have an image added to their name instead of an 'award' ? :p

Instead of giving vip away (Seeing as that's the main income fo the forum) Maybe have a new user group colour which has a throphy image at the end of name?

It kinda is really obvious to tell when someone is cheating in the arcade , I say ban users if they use any programs to edit the scores as they ruin the arcade for everyone.

Giving vip would be good if members could play the arcade and might get them buying it in the future but while just vip's can play i agree a trophy next to their name would be good.

I am not sure on banning them unless it was 100% sure they cheated. I could see somebody getting 100,000 + on astroids if they had the patience and a bit of luck and if they were banned and it was not a fake score it would be pretty bad.

I mean ban users who get incredibly high scores like 11111111111111111111111 or get 1st placed scores on all the games in a matter of seconds etc , when it's obvious they didn't get it fairly

Ye but if you let members play then you will have VIP's moaning that they pay for arcade then whats left for VIP coloured names ect...
+ the fact that members will sign up on new accounts and do it again

So we would still keep the arcade for VIPs only for performance reasons and give out an award VIP, that sounds cool. Then reset the scores every month.

Bit of a bump.. my bad.. But I must defend my case

I have been playing Doom on the Arcade, and I don't understand how Newchip can have a score of 243, in a time of 2:12 even, while it seems there isn't enough ammunition to get far above 160?
And I am also currious how jrh2002 got to his score in only 0:39 minutes, or is that some kind of bug?

The time thing is like this -
Lets say the first game you play is .. 10 minutes and you get a high score of 300
Then you decide hmm.. I'm bored.. so you play again. You don't top 300 but you play for 2 minutes
The highscore will show the time of 2 minutes since thats how long you played last time. Or at least I think that's how it works

Not sure, Kinda suspicious how he got all those 1st spots in 2 days.

It's not suspicious at all. That was the first (I think) day that I had VIP so I was doing pretty much nothing but playing in the arcade (which can die sometimes, you do realize that right?). Snake is a classic game which I guess I've learned to get good at. With that snake you get higher points for eating the little dot thing faster.. I think I got them all reasonably fast.
@Neversoft (I think said this) Yes.. 5k is possible since I got it. Lets just say I did cheat, why would I set the score for like 50 above the previous top score? Wouldn't I set it to something like 7000 that I know no one will get?

Back to Sam - the Fire @ Will game it's not that tough to shoot targets.. Pacman, again an easy game which I've mastered on PS2 and I play on a joystick almost everyday.. so again a game I love. The tennis challenge my game glitched so I just kept clicking and then gave up after awhile.

So again, 4 top scores when you're bored and the arcade is dead.. isn't really that hard at all.
