vBulletin systems automatically check the domain that you submit in the piracy report to their database checking for the licance if it isn't their they will deal with it if it is their the report is automatically deleted

I sense a liar. Maybe you should go with something which isn't the 'Habbo choice' like a IPB forum, or a InvisionFree? They're both good forums, easy to code and at the heart, a discussion forum. Plus they're easily skinned. The amount of vB forums I see nowadays just makes me upset.
