One of the mods lives next door to me. We've been friends since I moved into the neighbourhood 6 years ago. He gave me a White One-Way gate, Pink Cauldron and Pink Monos. He's also given me several hundred credits whenever a rare comes out.

If thats the case, I'm sure that mod would be firing by now seeing they are not permitted to give out any furni/credits and so on...

Considering any staff caught doing this would be fired instantly, I doubt it. Even Becs would have lost her position if she had sold furni through eBay.
