Thing is, it never does, and it never will 'balance it out'. I think X's should realise that, 2 years (or so) into a already harshly criticised program. The X's have no right to do it first if thats what you're saying, and other users come first. Frankly, X's shouldn't have any use for events since they should be helping people in my eyes.

If they were gaming X's then on the contrary, I'd allow it however it's almost all of them. 46/25 is pretty ridiculous, it doesn't take a brain scientist to figure that out. Here's an idea though, to make it fairer and if you actually have some decency:

Appeal to both 0rca and colmc to disable all X's room overrides (excluding Team Leaders).

Then again, that'd be effort and X's are just way too busy with their jobs to do that.
