Where is the best place to go defence training? i'd prefer somewhere where the creatures are allways agressive so i dont have to keep clicking =]

Bandits in the desert. Wear something saradomin or zamorak and they always attack you.

Defense is the American spelling, Defence is the Brittish (and probably Australian, etc etc) spelling.

Monkey guards are good because you can pray there, so this is not a good place to afk. But with a dh set it's a great place to train, make sure you bring some anti poisons so the spiders don't kill you.
The monkey guards aren't that crowded anymore, in my experience anyway.

I trained defence with slayer, but I'd say dust devils if you have the bones to peaches spell and the slayer level (might get lucky and get a dragon chain)
