Need JS/HTML help

I've recently built my blog on word press and I'm using two brilliant layouts.

1. CLI based on the Commodore 64
2. Apple mac layout

However I would like someone to design me a a boot loader layout. It does not need to be a proper theme but just a link selector. Base the style on a boot loader that already exists ie GRUB.

Can you please make it so that you use the up down arrows and not a mouse to select the link and use the enter button to goto that link.

If you know of a free host or paid yearly cheap host that allows you to foward email and subdomain settings then please tell me, no pay monthlys, they are just annoying)

I thought you might need a link to the CLI download so you can adapt the source code into the boot loader.

I can't be of much help finding the layout you're looking for, but for anyone who's curious the current layout on his blog came from www.ndesign-studio.com - they have some amazing stuff, you should really check it out!
