I hate it when people base their point of view on 'zomgz it was in the sun it must be wrong' I mean c'mon if you want to argue you're view at least come up with you're own sources and evidence instead of bashing mine =D
I’ll be a story in your head, but that’s okay, because we’re all stories in the end. Just make it a good one, eh? Because it was, you know. It was the best. A daft old man who stole a magic box and ran away. Did I ever tell you that I stole it? Well, I borrowed it. I always meant to take it back. Oh, that box, Amy, you’ll dream about that box. It’ll never leave you. Big and little at the same time. Brand-new and ancient and the bluest blue ever. And the times we had, eh? Would had…Never had. In your dreams, they’ll still be there. The Doctor and Amy Pond and the days that never came.
no its obvious that its wrong, i was pointing out that the sun is notorious for this.
How is it obviously wrong? The guy isn't building a time machine he's building a machine that will re create the conditions of the big bang and create a worm hole in the universe where it may be possible for people with more advanced technology to travel back to us. We won't know if it'll work or not until he switches it on and that still could be left open for answering if nothin happens as it could be three things
- Man never manages to have such technology
- The machine was never put in history books or archives
- As you've said it doesn't work
Just because the sun has a reputation doesn't mean everything they print are lies =]

I agree Dan +rep. I don't see why Redneck is trying to put everyones opinions down when he clearly has not researched his side of the argument.

MY OPINION is that it will never EVER happen. How is it obviously wrong? i've rephrased it for you so hopefully you will take this into account now
I don't care what these idiots think, it's not possible, it doesn't matter how fast you make something go time stays EXACTLY the same, you could build a ship that travels 1 million miles per hour, circles to earth for 1 million miles and come back and everything will be exactly the same just 1 hour later because you've been in the ship for an hour, you've still aged an hour so it's not possible and never will be possible
Not to mention recreate the big bang? The big bang was an exploding sun and they want to recreate the effect? Morons

So what they're saying is that time records itself and there is a timeline beginning every microsecond? And that basically everything that will happen is predestined, so effectively there is no point in life because we technically never die if there's always one of us in the past.
Besides this is nothing new, I could travel through time right now if I wanted. If I travelled to America I could be 8 hours in the past, if I travelled to Australia I'd be 10 hours in the future.
what a load of rubbish
I dont believe any of that
and i agree with the post above me
