Just use the 2 lever things under the throttle controls on the pedestal. Im number 14 in the waiting list for BAV :/

So:
Cut fuel > push back > un-cut fuel lol > turn apu on > turn apu off???

Can't you just cut the fuel, push back, un-cut fuel lol then press ctrl + e? :S

yes all i do is cut fuel then put it back so i dont forget then start push back turn on then APU when i done the push
