Here's my explanation, based upon knowledge and opinion from myself, on what the situation is.

With the amount of rooms Lost_Witness had on his account, he eventually hit the room limit which everyone does eventually. In result of this, Lost_Witness has transferred all his rooms to another account, a secret account. This is because Lost_Witness needs to make more rooms for Habbo Quests and Events. Lost_Witness has not left Habbo Hotel, and won't for a long while seeing as he's been there since 2001.

Oh, and threads like these from little kids like Shoed? Very sad.

Actually, I've reconsidered.

It seems the rooms do still exist under Lost_Witness' name, however they're hidden. This could be a new feature, to hide rooms whilst preparing to build them? It'd be alot like the 'wardrobe idea' but with rooms instead.
