A moderator has to be fair and impartial at all times and help people. Who else on the staff is worse then?

I disagree with some of the changes (Matt and Yoshi were excellent in my view) but there's no need to attack management or the moderation team as a whole. Also Alkin you really need to stop being so bitter about getting banned all the time, it's your own fault if you're going to break the rules.

Oh and Jamie before you were a mod people were always attacking you for being a super spammer :S so not sure what you point was there lol

The hiring, and firing staff doesn't need to be discussed with the Forum. Super Moderators are hired from the Moderators that preform well and do well week in, week out. There is no favouritism in it - The moderation team is fine and is working fine.

I'm saying I'm not like that. I'm obviously a decent moderator in the eyes of higher staff seeing as I passed my trial and hardly any of my infractions have been reversed - going from 'super spammer' or whatever you're all calling me to becoming a figure of authority obviously is a great change and perhaps sometimes I should keep opinions to myself seeing as I am now a moderator, but I'm still on the learning curve. Unlike a lot of the rule-breaking members on this forum I actually learn from my mistakes.

This thread isn't about me but if you want to carry on this conversation then I would be more than happy to do it over the private messaging system.

JRH, that does not surprise me at all - its the Polit Bureau Mole Section - the inner circle. The whole place gets worse and more bureaucratic by the week.

I have to be honest here, favourtism is simply a great moderator and has put in so much effort over a fairly long period of time so well done to him and I wish him the best of luck. In regards to mat64 and yoshimitsui leaving the moderation team I have to say they were both good friends of mine and both great people and it is a shame to see them go. However at the end of the day it is the decision of the forum management regarding the appointment and removal of forum moderators and forum super moderators and the removal of staff or the hiring of staff is only ever done for a good reason.

I don't blame others for getting me banned only myself.
It's my fault I get banned and Iv just had enough so when I created the L!nK.. account and bought VIP I knew I wasn't going to get banned.
The only thing that got me banned was my 24 warnings that I received.
But I'll be unbanned in a week :8

I don't see why the management should hire new super moderators when the people who have been fired will do a much better job ( imo )
