    But anyway.

Thing is, that with time we have changed, the rules were much harder then, then they are now but we had very little reason to enforce them as we rarely had problems with users, bar the occasional person complaining about rare values.

Nowadays we have people just that find it fun to break the rules you know who they are and they know who they are. Because of them we have had to crack down on EVERYONE!

    To james,

Yeah I could have cut you more slack that, but still to be fair, adzeh's point stands.

Status means nothing here, even if Adzeh or myself were to perform a serious offence AS STAFF! We would be punished for it and even though this has nothing to do with JRH or anyone in general, our point is, that just because of who you were or are, it doesn't matter on this forum. We try and hold an equal respect for everyone.

Even though I know you guys will disagree and may say names of those who you feel act superior.

If there were not so many "harsh rules" people would not feel the need to break them.

Now-a-days, if you post something offtopic, you get warned or an infraction.

Its stupid, if it is offtopic.. who cares?

If I made a random funny remark in a thread, that made people laugh.. that is a constructive post.. it may be in the wrong thread.. but it still contributed to the community.

    Thats just one example.

You cannot just say that because he is the first user on this forum's database, he is immune from any type of punishment whatsoever now.

No disrespect to him, because he is a great guy.
I agree with that but it's a tad cheeky not listening to what he has to say considering how popular he made this forum back when it started.

I am not asking to be exempt from anything here and never even started this thread. If I commit an offence punish me just as they would others thats fine and should be expected.
I have tried many ways to help hxf and it just does not work so it has resorted in me shouting about problems and to make people aware of how I feel and others do the same. Its not pretty but if nobody will listen what other option is there? the all new singing and dancing council? it seems that was put in place to silence a few critics.

Him and the rest you mean. The popularity of Habbox is not down to just one person, it is a result of lots of people who worked together.

That is true but quite clearly there are alot of problems and the book always stops with the person running the site its the way of life in any job etc.

    Also very true.

But it is the same in any situation, the person who has the most prominent role in something (football manager, prime minister, general manager) will always get the brunt of the abuse.
