You'd be suprized how much one good Super Moderator helps the forum. Until you actually see what happens in the Super Moderator (sub) Forums, then you actually have no idea what you're talking about. Around 150 reported posts come in on an average afternoon, and about 40 infractions are issued on a daily basis. Every single one of these has to be individually checked by the SMod team - That's exactly how they help improve the forum.

Agreed. Some super moderators do a hell of a lot of work daily.

There's always generally something to do as a super moderator, don't get me wrong the times when I enjoyed been a super moderator were great. I sort of fell of the wagon towards then end of my job. Although just before I was removed I was actually getting back into the job, which is a shame really.

Favourtism will do a good job. So I don't know what anyone has against him. Jealousy maybe?
