Again though, they are generalising problems for the whole of Habbox. Problems about the forum or the way the forum is run, is completely different to problems with the site and how the site departments are run.People post feedback about forum changes such as reputation but they just get dismissed by management. When management changed the reputation system there was uproar mainly because they didn't ask the forum members what they wanted. It's things like that which give a bad impression of management. I think this is what most people are complaining/giving feedback about in this thread - including the users more when making changes to the forum.

Most of the times, threads like this get serious.. and stay around.. until someone posts the truth.. and it usually gets closed or remove "to prevent arguing" when its not really arguing it is just people posting the truth. That is a good idea.
But in truth do we actually have that many feedback posts? In my experience the posts are generally feedback about issues that have already been discussed, such as installing hacks etc..
There are only really a few threads, such as this one, that get serious attention and stick around for a long time.
At SanDisk: No problem.
Okay, I have an idea Adzeh
The management should try to communicate with the users more, as I have one prime example, with my post about my ban in the complaints forum, I also PMed J1MI about it, never got a response, posted it in the complaints forum.. just a question thread.. boom.. banned.
Yet again, this is a forum problem. I have no real influence on the forum since my job role is related to improving Habbox departments. And that doesn't mean that you can now say, "well improve the moderation department"Most of the times, threads like this get serious.. and stay around.. until someone posts the truth.. and it usually gets closed or remove "to prevent arguing" when its not really arguing it is just people posting the truth.

But you do have influence on the other members of staffSo if one person listens, he can spread it on the other members of staff

But what about if that person thought that changing the reputation system was a good thing?
It is because people do not know what goes on behind the scenes, that they constantly complain and post about how the management are so bad and do not listen.
In actual fact, the AGMS are constantly talking about different things and it is quite common for one of us to bring up a thread or post from a forum member and discuss how it may be a positive thing for Habbox. Right now, we are in discussion about the Habbox.com layout, and are constantly communicating with forum management about new features or changes that we might make to improve the forum.
Under no circumstances do we make changes specifically to piss people off.

Never said that though![]()
But when every single user disagrees, for instance like they did with the reputation system, surely that's not a good thing? But what about if that person thought that changing the reputation system was a good thing?

Well at least one agreed (me). Granted, the changes were a bit drastic, but you have to admit that the influence that some people had on the reputation of others was ridiculous.
We are going over old ground here though.

I wouldn't say ridiculous, it's only a number after all.
Very true about the last sentence, let's leave it here.
