Yes, William Regal is legitimately English, and so is Paul, real name Paul Burchall. I saw him down at a local wrestling promotion in the summer of 2004 and said, "He's going to be in the WWE some day", low and behold, in the fall, they signed him to a developmental deal. He used to be a teacher in Guildford, Surrey.
