A Last Man Standing match would have made no sense. Would be idiotic booking. The storyline isn't hot enough for a gimmick match.

Standard matches are the most entertaining if you're fan of actual wrestling. Gimmick matches are way overused and usually rediculous. I take it that you were chanting alongside other modern fans when clinics such as Chris Benoit vs. Fit Finlay, Fit Finlay vs. William Regal, Benoit vs. Regal were and are put on.
