i get nosebleeds all the time, the doctor says its nothing serious
just hereditary.. my dad always gets them.
sometimes they can be caused by having a too
    high temperature, or stress.
go to the doctor if you are worried

    O0k well...............

Last night i had another one! Haha

But i was talking to my mum and it turns out it runs in the family.
My mum used to get nosebleeds all the time when she was my age, and so did my brother. If i get another one this week then i will go to a doctor but otherwise just let nature run it's course...

And no i havn't had any head injuries, im a plonka and always do things that hurt myslef for a laugh so it wouldn't make a difference anyway...

    Cheers for all your advice

most of the time its just when you have too much blood in your body
and your body needs to get rid of it
i'd rather have it out of my nose than my mouth or ears

From my experience, its probably because your tempreture is high or your just dehydrated.
