At the minute it is impossle to transfer a character from US to EU and vice versa. I think that's what you trying to say in your post?

Just change your realmlist.*** in notepad to:

set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist us.version.worldofwarcraft.com

Then you're americanised. I don't know how to swap from US to EU (the code for it), but I imagine it's the same but just EU instead of US... go figure.
