You can easily take out what you've put in, add to it and sell it. Greg wont make anything out of it because he cannot code. He doesn't deserve to with his attitude, saying he is better than everyone else. You'd make more money instead of Greg taking too much away from you, and you'll be by yourself or a better designer.
