The TCs have been there (and abided) since the start :S. All forums must have a TC in case of a lawsuit.

I mean that it wasn't the first time someone has said what I have said, about your rights of locking a thread which wasn't needed to be locked. It is however, the first time that the issue needed to be given a excuse by the T&Cs. I know you need them for obvious reasons, but I just find it as a 'backdoor' of explaining a blatent error.

As for the Sulake comment, well they use their 'Illegal T&C Violation' reason to ban random people, many times. Olleh, of this forum, being one of them.

Yes but thats the point of the TC. If you don't abide by them the company has every right to remove the services it offers you.

In that case you pointed out, if the user didn't follow Habbo's TC, then off course he should be banned. TC is just as important as the Habbo way.

Thing is though, Habbo never explained what he did. They just banned him straight off, for no particular reason.

I don't know the details about that, but many people that get banned on the forum say the exact same thing when they know exactly why but don't want to admit it to others .

Mmm, or they don't want to admit it to others despite the others already have a few ideas of why. I guess they just can't accept that they were wrong. Thank god when I get banned eventually, I'll know I was right and wrong about things, and could truly admit it.

I know someone whose not been banned yet, but should be, and they have no humility about their actions & just don't admit they're wrong.

But they dont have to explain what he did?
