I never liked the council idea from the start, I check the forums now and again and there is nothing going on with them. Like Jrh2002 said, Nvrspk4 put a lot of work into them, but it takes more than just one staff member to get it all going so it doesn't look as though he has had enough backing.

The council has been discussed back years ago and it was never set up, I never thought it would work and it hasn't, lets hope they can prove us wrong.

Sad to see you leave Catzy as your probably one of a very few council staff who have actually tried to get it going (And before people have a go at me, I admit that I aint even touched the council stuff as until it has some proper kind of use apart from being set up to keep the memebers happy, then I have no need to waste my time on posts which will just be left to rot and nothing acted upon)

Even if it had aload of staff behind it, it would still need the backing of the higher management. Everything does, really.

@GommeInc - Exactly, if Hx Management wanted it to work so badly, then trust me, it would have worked by now.

(I am not blaming any1 in particular, I am just stating that if all the managers put effort into this then it would have worked)

Yep, he's a council member alright. It's a shame this isn't working properly though like you said. The iron fist of Habbox Management are silencing the work of members & the council. I guess they never heard about equality... If nothing changes soon, I'm going to call for something.

Agreed, everything does, and it takes alot to persuade the management because they think they're higher than anybody else.

I think it's a bit rude of MAD, Joshuar, sierk not to back up nvrspk4, tis terrible....

I'm not sure why they think they are higher than anyone else, there's no reason for them to be. They're roughly the same age as us and as dumb and stupid as us

You shouldn't discredit Joshuar tbh, I've always been fond of that guy since he's one of the AGMs who is never mentioned & gets on with his job anyway. Same with Adzeh & nvrspk4 too. I would probably put down my hatred towards the management in General, to the General Manager himself. He gives the team a bad name.

It's a sad fact, since I know those AGMs work hard as hell.

They're in the management team, they bring it on themselves until they change their titles to Senior Managers They're all decent, but not very supportive.

LOL Senior Managers, yesyes. I forgot all about that one bwaha. I agree, they are all decent guys but MAD puts them into the shameful doubt of all the members on this forum. I don't think the AGMs are publicly supportive, because they don't support what MAD is doing to this forum. I doubt they'd admit that either to be honest with you, or they just don't know it yet... But I wouldn't admit it myself if I were in their position.

Hmmm, you have to remember that not everything that bad happens is of MADs doing. The council partly down to him, because it was meant to be a main group and section of the forum and he should of backed it up. But other things he takes the blame for, which although yes he can, doesn't win him any favours.

Ok, most things are of MADs doing. !!! The council was doomed to fail if he was to be in charge of it. MAD shouldn't have much involvement in the council, but should still promote it. It's a shame he couldn't do that... Nor could he 'reason' with the council members (from what I can tell). Tell me, when you gave ideas out and he either disapproved of them or said "We'll look into it", did he ever give you feedback on the idea from "We'll look into it"? I don't think he did personally, and he had no intentions of doing so either. One thing he should be doing, is reasoning with the councils ideas and finding solutions which will tackle the problems which might be caused by the introduction of new features... I bet he never did that, did he.
