What are you on about? :eusa_wall I did not say anyone will go to hell. Please dont not twist my words.No... You ARE going to need luck. Telling someone they're going to hell is a sin, so is preaching the word of God as if you have the power to sentence to someone to hell. If you don't follow your Lord, you God's commandment of 'Love Thy neighbour" then you're commiting yourself to a life of sin. You need to teach people, and welcome them. Not blow a gasket...
no i don't.
What else could you possibly mean when you're pitying people  Considering the discussion is about God's existence and heaven and hell, you're either pitying people because they're stupid or because they're ending up in hell. The only reasonable meaning by pitying someone is that you believe they're going to hell, unless you think the whole big bang theories and evolution was backed by idiots
Not as such, as long as you follow the general ideas put forward by Christianity, you'll be allowed to enter the kingdom of heaven. It's all confusing, but you expect that from religion![]()

where is god?
if he exists
he must be somewhere
i believe there is something there however i dont believe god created the earth
the earth is one of many planets in the milky way ( our glaxy )
now in the centre of our galaxy is the really big cloud thing (forgotten name) and when different gases mix with this cloud a star is formed it is then pushed very far out (to the edge of the galaxy)
in the end i believe that planets are the left overs from making a star but whatever it might not make sense to myself or yous.
The Big Bang is contradictory. Its suppose to have created everything that exists, which presumes nothing was here before. If nothing was here before, how was anything created at all?

Oh dear. This thread has gone exactly as I thought it would when I saw the title - it's become Christianty vs Atheism.
I'm not sure if anyone's aware, but there are other possibilities. There are other religions and there is the possibility that no-one's right, that perhaps there is or has been a god or series of gods somewhere at some time. A god doesn't have to be omnipotent, doesn't have to be benevolent, doesn't have to fit what you want them to be. The argument "god doesn't like what I do so I don't believe" is really crap.
Also @Frodo (and others I guess): the Big Bang theory only states a theory on how the universe was created; it does not in any way mention that it's the first thing that ever happened and in fact even acknowledges that something or someone must have been around before. Therefore the Big Bang theory does not counter religious arguments other than the stories of creation.
