I've raised the issue in the forum moderators forum, and a couple of super mods replied agreeing with me, but it seems to have taken a while for danny to be banned, and the others seem to have gotten away with it. I'm hopping around the flight sim forum like a mad frog

I think it would help your case better if you could provide links to what you say is the problem so it could be looked at.

He did. There was a thread a few nights ago about Danny which resulted in him being temporarily banned but he just created another account and carried on doing what he was banned for.

I'll be implementing a change to the rules (probably tomorrow) so that members with the intent reason of coming here to annoy, and creating "clone" accounts to annoy will receive an instant ban, rather than having to go through the infraction process.
