Once you make 600k, buy about 20 ppots and a rune cbow, zammy cape(mage arena one) 1k mith bolts red dhide ranger helm, ring of wealth, sara prayer book and armdyal ammy(If you cant get use glory) nats and fires.

Go the godwars dungeons and fight avansies, im reckoning by your levels you should make your cash back and quite a bit per trip. I usually make 800k per trip.

Alch rune daggers+runite limbs.
Collect adamantite bars.
Collect any laws so that you can teleport once you run out of ppots (Keep using prayer[protect from ranged] and you will not get any damage)
Go to an avansie only area and fight.

(my stats arn't much higher than yours and it's quite fun to do + you get lots of range exp)

It's so hard to sell any mithril stuff though. It just accumulates in the bank lol.

I mine coal and make steel bars because they sell very easily and coal gives nice mining xp.

With your RC level though, I'd be runecrafting.
