I was fired, because I made too many mistakes, Unfortunately. It was my fault and I accept full responsibility for the mistakes I made, even though I was unsure I shoud'lve asked.
So my advice to anybody is dont dive in head first

Infracting when it wasn't needed mainly, I was unaware that the section I was moderating was full of arguments and warning were more generalised.
