The logo that was created, you should realise that you have not gone through the legal process to copyright it that Saluke or any other company would have done. If however you provide the correct legal documentation, then you have a damn right good point.

Yea I do, im british myself. However its different between business' and personal work. I'll post up some stuff later with all the nitty gritty small print.

Not atall, anyone can pick up Photoshop CS3 and use the text tool, I have made that logo in that style, colourings etc and it is now mine.

not me, as i don't have that software.
