What was your First Rare Item of Furni?

No idea. If anything maybe a HC when I bought Habbo Club but I don't think it is that.

How embarassing, a HC Sofa, early 2003 and I didn't have a clue it was special, in fact it was my very first piece of furni, given to me within the first few weeks of playing Habbo, by someone who insisted I make my first room

My first 'rare' piece of furni was a Dead Duck, the one with 'blood' around it. It was my plan to obtain many of these ducks and line them up ontop of my lodge bars and corners, I was extremely disappointed to find out that I could not put my beloved ducks onto the bars as i owuld have been able to with mode. Please note that I do know how to now. ;D
