It's almost too colour co-ordinated (which I know sounds kind of stupid). What I mean is that you've got a good colour scheme going but you've overused the lighter shades of gray so it is verging on boring....

My only other comment would be to consider whether the ads on the left hand side should stick out past the navigation box. I would say no but some people might like it the way you have it.

Overall well done in terms of format and look. +Rep
