Quite nice. From what I've seen, there is still a good market for habbo layouts out there - especially the expandable coding of them.

I just had to lol at this... there really is no way to 'pay cash' via PayPal, it's just that certain methods of payment take longer to clear than others - but I know what you meant

Anyway, regarding the layout....
-I think the box in the top hand corner might be a tad too big as it seems almost a little overpowering. Possibly try reducing the size a little and giving the 'inner box' a different shade/colour.

-Depending on the name/title of the site I think the 'SITE TITLE' text could be a little better placed on the header. In the centre of the image is good but it kind of takes away the focus on the Habbo image behind it (which is the main part of the layout that instantly tells the user what the site is about). You might consider moving the 'SITE TITLE' into a corner or at least a little more off to the side.

-The stars on your little content boxes are overlapping with the black box border. I don't know why I noticed this but my eyes immediately jumped to this tiny little 'pixel imperfection'. Try maybe moving the star image down 1 pixel to correct this.

-Lastly, I can't tell if this is just the image format you used or the actual layout, but some of the pixelated effect was lost due to the edges looking almost 'smoothed' or 'blended' in a way....?

On a lighter note I like your use of text borders/stroke in your content boxes and I also like the thick border around the main content area. Also, the drop shadow under the red headers of the content boxes gives a nice effect. +Rep
