I'd go to the realm where your RL friends are. thats the only reason i don't play on Kilrogg. real friends are on Nordrassil.

It's not that we're busy, can only speak for myself of course but why should anyone else help you level? It was easy enough before 2.3 before they nerfed the crap out of everything and gave stupid amounts of exp for stupidly easy quests.
