Honestly people, who cares? You obviously didn't read the part where he said he'd showcased the layout and people told him to add some text and whatnot to make it look better (called a mockup). Obviously when it gets coded it probably won't be him doing it and the person will be using different things/positioning.

Oh, and just fyi, HHFM (whoever they are) don't own the Vista Mini-Player, an image saying "REFRESH" in a pixelated font with a bother, the Winamp logo, the Windows Media Player logo, or the iTunes logo for that fact. So, what has he ripped?

It's one thing to rip an entire content box (including the actual content box) but even if he did copy the little content inside who's he hurting? Oh, and I agree with the lolcat - they're amazing aren't they?
