Yes it is fair, like Biohazard said, it is their choice who they want in their rooms, and who they do not.

If they only want HC members in their room, that is fine, if they only want non-HC members in their room, that is fine, if they only want members of their "group" in their room, that is fine.

It isn't just about a badge? I don't get where you are getting this idea. You can be Habbo Club and not wear the badge, and you can recognize Habbo Club members by their clothing, accessories, etc.

When I was a hobba and I had my badge turned off ( off duty ) and I was a new hobba back then, I had the same trouble with you, I didn't wear HC clothes just wore normal clothes and I had the same trouble and when I put the badge on they were all excited then started beg friending me, yeah its annoying and they apologize after.

If that is what you're on about, how they don't see you with a badge so they think you're different and all but you are entirely the same as rest of them.
