    XP MCE is the best OS, I got vista on this machine free when I brought it, so I cba downloading warez, Windows advantage or W/E actually comes in handy (legal install)

    Thought I'd give this a little bump and say that I've installed Windows 95 on a virtual machine and managed to get the internet, and script errors on google!

    I installed it on MSVPC but no matter what I do it doesnt like my ethernet card so no net (I installed IE tho)

    Are you using Virtual PC 2007? Or another virtual pc software?

    It should emulate your card in the OS, that's what mine does, then for old school windows you need to setup the network yourself. Are you trying Windows 95?
