if a picture is found on google then its able to be posted because its for the world to see but isnt that the same for bebo pictures?

like http://bebo.com/scenekidglamour there is kids pictures on there that would probs come up on google if u searched the right keywords so if google images are able to be posted then shouldnt any picture?
