Umm for me, i need to do things really specifically, i often end up throwing up n stuff.

parasetamol, as some have suggested already the past year parasetamol havn't really worked, so i;ve had to vary my medication a bit. You can get some tablets that are for cramps and period pains, so check some out at boots n stuff

I opened a window slightly, and i go to bed and sleep for a few hours. sometimes it takes a while cos of the pain, but you can sleep eventually.

When you wake up, you might still have a cramp but it wont be as intense, or hopefully it wont. If its time, take more tablets for it and try distracting yourself.

Often hot chocolate, or tea, or some other warm drink helps. I havn't tried hot water bottles as vampirism suggested, but warm baths usually makes me feel better

Hmm, I get it really bad like throwing up, passing out from the pain which sucksss.

I went to my doctor and he gave me these really strong painkillers which are amazing. I kind of take them before I feel pain or it's too late lol but they really help.

It's quite common to be honest; most girls at my school take time off when they have it really bad.

Yeah, that's really true! I've stayed off when it's been really bad.

Mine arent that painful, but when they have been i've just had a warm bath, eat junk food, and rest. The hot water bottle helps too.
I cant bare to take paracetomal, because i hate any form of tablets. But sometimes when I'm on, I drink lemsips, you can get the sachet's from boots, i think. It's nice and hot and helps alot.

I use Midol. It really helps. Not sure if they sell it everywhere but, search for it. It's really good. Stops bloating, all that.

Hmm, my mate gets them really bad.
But she normally just sleeps, so sleep & druggin' up, is the best thing for it.
