You can't offer =rep when you havn't got any rep power. If you can't think of any ideas for it then start something your actually interested in - something that you have ideas for.

Then you have to be patient. You can't expect everyone else to just hand feed you ideas. have a look through old threads for room alts and they will help you decide what to make and what to add.

Ideas only come for me every now and again and i can go weeks without having anything worthy of posting sometimes.
