Over 30 years in the industry, not the WWE. In fact, he wasn't in the WWE for that many years. He was mostly in the NWA, AWA and WCW/WCCW.

Hes still got a few years on his contract, and he was even offered a spot commentating but he turned it down cos he didnt think hed be any good.
