Well ClubHabbo are trying to take down HabbCrazy, and sent this to our data center:


So we just simply sent them links to the sources of our JavaScript (Which they claimed to be there own), oh, and they are claiming that the images by SULAKE are there own, so we just sent them a link to all the information on that.

So, could ClubHabbo get taken from the official fansite list for claiming Sulakes content as there own? And using it say we violated copyright laws?

Wow, that's so crazy. I never heard of a fansite trying to take legal action over things which really are created by Sulake or DynamicDrive. I have nothing bad to say, I just think that's amazing.

in the UK anything you make can be copyrighted for free. Just put it on a disk, post it to your self and while its in the post they will stamp the envelope with the date, when you get it back DO NOT open it and then you have some evidence of what and when you created.

clubhabbo really is stupid but luckly we have squib (habbo usa fansite director) and superjatt (aka paul thind) sulake usa general manager) supporting us with this. i wish they could go talk to uk staff about clubhabbo :rolleyes:
