Maybe you need to be circumcized?
I'm at a point in my life where I don't care if you like me or you don't. If you like me, cool. If you don't, meh.

You don't need a doctor You need to drink more water, the pain is probably because there is lots of urea in your urine. Drinking will... 'dilute' it more so it won't be painful.

Don't forget to shake your little man after peeing too.

Infection or STD - see a professional and get some advice.

Dude your just pointlessly guessing and not helping him what-so-ever. Find me proof on the internet that to much and to hard ********** causes pain when urinating.

I don't know why people are saying that '************ too hard' can't cause pain when urinating, it can - it's common sense. If you 'tug-a-lug-lug' too hard, you're bound to make a tiny rip/tear somewhere up there. It's been proven plenty'a time on Embarrassing Illnesses, I just feel sorry for you! I'd hate to have that.
